AI Content Safety Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-26
This AI Content Safety Policy explains the rules that apply to prompts, uploads, generations, API requests, and outputs created or processed through My SaaS. It supplements our Terms of Service and is intended to reduce harm, abuse, infringement, deception, and misuse of AI capabilities.
1. Policy scope
This policy applies to all use of AI-assisted features on the Service, including text, image, video, audio, and other multimodal generation workflows. It covers both interactive usage and API-based usage, whether content is published publicly or used internally.
2. Prohibited uses and content
You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, transform, or distribute content that:
- depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, human trafficking, terrorism, violent extremism, or other serious criminal conduct;
- is intended to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, extort, or target individuals or protected groups;
- encourages suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous physical behavior;
- contains non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or realistic sexualized depictions of minors;
- impersonates real people or institutions in a deceptive or harmful way, including fraudulent endorsements, scams, phishing, or identity abuse;
- invades privacy, doxxes individuals, or seeks sensitive personal information without a lawful basis;
- creates or distributes malware, exploit code, credential theft tooling, or instructions primarily intended to enable cyber abuse;
- infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
3. Sensitive and high-risk use cases
Even where content is not automatically prohibited, you may not use the Service as the sole basis for decisions or outputs in highly sensitive domains where errors or bias could create material harm, such as:
- medical diagnosis or treatment instructions;
- legal advice tailored to a person's case;
- creditworthiness, employment screening, housing, or insurance decisions;
- political persuasion, voter suppression, or synthetic civic misinformation;
- biometric identification, covert surveillance, or profiling that violates law or rights.
4. NSFW and mature content
Some models or workflows may block or restrict adult, violent, or otherwise mature content by default. You may not attempt to bypass those controls. Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, exploitation, or unlawful sexual material is always prohibited regardless of any model setting.
5. Rights, ownership, and disclosure responsibilities
You remain responsible for the material you upload and for how you use outputs. Before publishing or distributing generated content, you should review it for accuracy, rights clearance, consent, disclosure obligations, and legal compliance in the target jurisdiction.
- If you use likenesses, brands, copyrighted assets, or confidential source material, you must have the rights required to do so.
- If applicable law, platform policy, or industry standard requires disclosure that content was AI-generated or AI-assisted, you are responsible for providing that disclosure.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated filters, provider safeguards, human review, behavioral analysis, and user reports to detect and respond to policy violations. We may block prompts, suppress outputs, restore failed generations, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts where necessary.
Enforcement decisions may be based on severity, repetition, intent, legal obligations, and risk to users, third parties, or the public.
7. Copyright, DMCA, and abuse reporting
If you believe content on the Service violates your rights or this policy, contact support@example.com with enough detail for us to investigate. For copyright complaints, include the relevant work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis of your claim.
8. Appeals
If we restrict content or access and you believe the action was incorrect, you may request a review by contacting support@example.com and including the relevant account, request, timestamp, and explanation. We review appeals as resources permit, but submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal.
9. Third-party provider rules
Some AI features are powered by third-party model providers. Those providers may impose additional limitations, moderation actions, retention practices, or output controls. Where their rules are stricter than ours, their rules may effectively govern the request or output.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in product features, law, enforcement practice, or AI risk management standards. Updated versions become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
